At kouluolang, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for claiming warranty service.
Warranty coverage:
Product coverage: This warranty covers watch movements watch functionality and parts, made by kouluolang and purchased from kouluolang or an authorized retailer.
The warranty covers:
1. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. Parts and labour necessary to address the defects.
3. Movements stopped working and have not been exposed or touched.
- Warranty period: The warranty period is 1 Years from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
- What is covered: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, functionality will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
- What is not covered: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from customer-initiated modifications or opening the watch casing.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow watch care instructions found on our website.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and discoloration.
- Water ingress or the watch being submerged.
How to claim warranty:

Contact us: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at k@kouluolang.net to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
2. Proof of purchase: You will be required to provide proof of the original purchase date with an invoice or receipt.
3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to kouluolang. If the warranty claim is justified, kouluolang will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to the customer.
4. Service process: Upon receipt, kouluolang will inspect the product and contact you within a reasonable timeframe to inform you of the status of your warranty claim.
kouluolang reserves the right to refuse warranty if we can prove the issue is not due to the following even if the watch is in our custody, we wont bare the return shipping costs and it will be down to you to send payment so we can post the watch back to you.
The following are reasons to refuse your right to warranty repair if suspected and provable:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from customer-initiated modifications or opening the watch casing.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow watch care instructions found on our website.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and discoloration.
- Water ingress or the watch being submerged.
Limitation of liability:
kouluolang shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed Warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Changes to the warranty policy:
kouluolang reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website and effective immediately.
