At KOULUOLANG, every watch is individually built by hand using genuine Seiko movements and high-quality aftermarket components. We take care to ensure each timepiece meets high standards before dispatch.
Processing Time
All watches are made to order. Please allow up to 18 days for your watch to be hand built, tested, and prepared for shipping.
We always aim to deliver faster than this time frame, but if there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you and offer fair compensation to make up for the inconvenience.
Shipping Services
We offer worldwide shipping using fully tracked delivery services. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Global estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- 5-10 days
Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by customs or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are covered by us.
Customs and Import Duties
International buyers are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country. These are included in the item price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies if you’re unsure about any fees.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to amend the order before it’s shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
If your watch arrives damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned and a replacement watch will be sent to you free of charge.
